Desiccant 4a Molecular Sieve For Natural Gas Drying

Our high-quality 4A molecular sieve offers consistent adsorption speed, higher contamination resistance, and increased cyclic times due to its stronger crushing, thus extending product life. It primarily serves to remove moisture from liquefied and gaseous materials.

Product Name: 4A molecular sieve

CAS No.: 1318-02-1

EINECS: 231-545-4

Place of Origin: China

Packing Details: Paper bag 25KG, super sack 800KG, steel drum 150KG

Description

Type 4A molecular sieve consists of alkali alumino silicate in its sodium form, featuring a Type A crystal structure. Its effective pore opening measures around 4 angstroms (0.4nm). It selectively adsorbs molecules with kinetic diameters less than 4 angstroms, such as oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and straight-chain hydrocarbons, while excluding larger ones like branched-chain hydrocarbons and aromatics.

Application

1.Drying and removing of CO, from natural gas, LPG, air, inert and atmospheric gases, etc.

2.Removal of hydrocarbons, ammonia and methanol from gas streams (ammonia syn gas treating)

3.Special types are used in the air break units of buses, trucks and locomotives.

4.Packed in small bags, it may be used simply as a packaging desiccant.
